I had a csection because of placenta previa and it was before I went into labor also. No latch problems, only supply problems. My doctor prescribed fenugreek (which you can buy pretty much anywhere, but prescriptions can be cheaper), I ate a ton of oatmeal, drank mother's milk tea and I still had trouble breastfeeding. I didn't have access to a lactation specialist after the hospital and once my daughter started losing weight her pediatrician started pushing formula and I didn't really know what else to do. I know a little more now and hope to have more success this time around.
Definitely breastfeed and pump often. Also, drink a ton of water. I've heard lots of other foods can also help with supply, but I have no personal experience. Just try as hard as you can and remember that not every woman can breastfeed. Don't beat yourself up if it doesn't work out. I only made it 3 months until I dried up completely and even then I was also supplementing after her 2 week appointment. Many people suggest not to supplement, but I didn't know anything about it then and my daughter had lost over a pound in the first two weeks so I was just scared.
