U could try a pelvic brace (SIJ brace) that you could get from your physio or hospital.... u could wear it day and night.... may help..

Lots of pelvic floor work and continue using a good body pillow.

Sorry you aren't alone.  I wish I could help.  I had the same issue with all my pregnancies. It completely *****,you might be getting more sleep than you think however the quality of that sleep *****(i say this as I didn't think I sleep at all by my up band says I getting light sleep but only a few hours of deep sleep and my hips and shoulders etc are killing.  I do however find once the baby comes even though I getting up many times at night with them the quality of the sleep I do get is so good.  Not saying I not tired but it nice not having a sore body and headaches.   I hope you get get some rest. I having trouble breathing too so I wear nose strips and that helps my sleep a little.  So sorry and sorry I don't have much help to offer.   Hang in there mama.

I just started sleeping with my body pillow(i got the snoogle that wraps around) under half of me, brought that bottom round part up kind of under my butt and then a pillow propped up behind me so I'm reclining back on it and my butt is lifted up for the sciatic relief. It seems to be somewhat working, at least better than anything else so far. Gove thst a try of possible! Good luck

I have the same problem the pillows don't work and it just feels like there is so much pressure on my hips and back :( I hate medicine, but Tylenol pm seems to be the only thing that helps me sleep on some nights but I take it only when it's really bad and it's really hard to sleep

That's mean. How about some compassion??  Try propping pillows under your head and back like a sitting up position. That way you're not flat but you can sleep on you back.
