contractions
I have been having what I am guessing contractions all day but they are mild don't hurt at all. Is there a way to make them more intense? Only thing I can't do is sex due to my bf being away.
If you have an exerciae ball that could be helpful. Maybe try doing squats. I've also heard nipple stimulation helps and you can do that with a pump if you have one. Good luck!
