gut feeling vs. anatomy utrasound

So we are team green, so won't be finding out the gender till we meet this little one.  I been right with our other children. I be sure this baby is another boy. But the technician right after looking at the gender for our file (we looked away) said on the next image showing us "there is her foot" .  Not sure if it was a gender reveal slip or just a mistake in terms of Genesee as I so use to boys that I have said to a friend how is he when it is a girl just so use to talking about boys.  My husband really wants a girl, we lost our daughter two yrs ago at 21 wks , and we have 4 sons.  This baby was a surprise but I was sure it was a boy till our ultrasound. Now I feel confused. And want to keep hope I can give my husband another daughter. But don't want to get hopes us that the tech, let it slip.  Was your gut right about the sex of your baby?

Thanks girls, I not eating at me too much, it like waiting for my Christmas presents. Hahaha I like the surprise but I just wish I didn't feel confused do to what the technician said after she looked at the gender. Congrats on all your little ones. Sorry for so many typos in the orginal post goodness.  I had kids jumping on me and didn't read what I wrote.

I swore it was a boy! Then we found out, it's a girl!

I thought for sure I would be having my third girl but it's a boy!

I'm sure that's just what the tech says. Ours would also say things such as "see her heartbeat" before we even knew the sex. I'm having a boy by the way

I assumed we were having a girl until I started getting kicked, then I subconsciously started saying "he" when referencing the baby. Turns out it is a boy! So my opinion is that gut feelings are unreliable. If its really eating you up this much, screw team green and just ask the technician.

My gut was wrong. Me and my entire family was convinced boy but turns out I'm having a girl.
