Number 3 for me and yes. A dull ache or a stretching type pain in normal. Most pains in pregnancy are completely fine. Think of all that growing that baby is doing :)

I am a first time mommy as well. After reading and talking to my doctor i learned that mg uterus is stretching and theres a growing baby in there so as long as tge oain isnt consistent and there is no bleeding or spotting, just rest, drink water and i rub my tummy and talk to my baby.lol it works too by God's grace! Be sure and notify your physician but i was freakong out until i realized that yes a little baby is living in there and making more room each day!
Hope this helps!
