high risk

I'm high risk for a miscarriage because I have a large subchorionic hematoma. I'm scared to sneeze, stretch, or even sleep on my side in case anything may happen to the baby. Am I being too cautious. Is anyone else dealing with this??

I'm going through the same thing right now!
I'm 10 weeks and 5 days and found out I have a SCH at 9 weeks 6 days.

It really is the most scairest thing!
Like you, I'm afraid to do anything!
I previously had a misscarrage so I'm worried.

I went and saw a midwife yesterday and she pretty much told me that there isn't much you can do to prevent a misscarrage, if it happens it happens (***** I know!)
I was just told to go about normal life just don't over do it and don't lift heavy things.

I hope all is good for you!
And I'm sure your baby is doing just fine Xx
