Im 15 weeks and showing bit not a lot but enough... i dnt mind my family touching my belly but it really bothers me when my husbands family ask for some reason... and strangers im just kinda like um no .
I'm excited to show my growing baby!!! But it's understandable... I think with men I'd be a little sketch about.
I'm a bigger girl so I'm not showing and won't be for a while but some people that know want to touch my belly anyways. I don't mind it much but after a little bit touching needs to stop. Only my baby's father and the horses i work with can touch as much ad they want.
For me, as long as it's family or friends, I don't care if they ask. They can hang all over my belly if they want...my hubby is even starting to. A couple of my coworkers have even rubbed the baby belly lol. But random strangers...um no, creepy much?
I've heard for years how much women hate it but I actually don't mind! I'm a teacher so I get it from my students too which I love. They say goodbye to me and the baby at the end of the day.
Thanks for allyour responses, it helps to know I'm not alone
I dont like it now but it might be bc im not really showing much. One of my friends lifted up my shirt without asking. I was not happy about that.
Ugh, absolutely hate it. My baby daddy's grandma does it and doesn't even touch the right spot!! She touches where my stomach would be and I have to restrain myself from saying, "uhh there's no baby in there, try a little lower." I feel like when I'm actually showing I won't mind as much, but right now there's not much to touch!
I don't think it's that big of a deal, then again I am an open person pre-pregnancy!
I don't mind if they ask but what really grind my gears is when people just touch and doesn't ask. Escpically when its some random person.
I generally tell people if you didn't put the baby there you don't get to touch it. Same thing with the delivery room. My husband and I were the only ones in the room when this baby was made we will be the only ones there when we deliver.
Thanks yellowmama77, glad to know I'm not alone
Me! I hate it!& when people ask to look at it.
