I'm due April 24th and I've lost 20lbs since I found out at 6 weeks and am continuing to lose weight. My OB said that as long as I'm losing the weight in a healthy manner then all is good.

I lost almost 10 pounds in my first trimester due to morning sickness, so it is normal to lose weight in the beginning but you should be gaining weight in 2nd tri but if your doc says its fine, then no need to worry.

It depends on what your starting weight is and the way you are losing it. If you have a higher starting weight and you are losing weight because you are eating healthier and exercising than your okay. If your doctor says its okay, you should be fine. Plus you have more than half your pregnancy ahead of you to gain some of that weight back. Don't stress, i am sure you'll be fine.
