miralax safe in 3rd trimester??
Is it ok to take miralax in the third trimester? I'm 38 weeks and 1 day and I can't not move my bowels for the life of me. I have taken it off and on in my 2nd trimester but jott sure if it's safe in the 3rd trimester. I called the Dr and left a VM but they close in 20 minutes and I will most likely not hear back from them till tomorrow.
I know colace is safe during pregnancy. Its only a softener though not a laxative.
My doctor said it was fine for me to use. I've been struggling too. I would say you're fine as long as you aren't high risk or anything.
