I was ready for labor!

Baby boy has been measuring big lately and I've had daily contractions since week 23. This last trimester has been miserable to say the least and I was so ready to just be done and have him out of me. Today I had an appointment with my midwife and she measured my cervix at 4 cm dilated, she asked if I wanted her to scrape around in there while she was in there to get things going and I turned to my fiance and asked if I should then said I wasn't sure because I was scared.... This isn't my first pregnancy and I delivered vaginally before, so I have no idea why I got so nervous all of the sudden! Anyone else feeling the same?

My doc won't do a sweep til 39 weeks which is this Friday. I'm only 2cm dilated. I'm anxious because this is my first vbac. I've had two vaginal deliveries before the csection but I'm worried this time.

Lol I would have jumped on it! I'm almost 38 weeks and at todays ultrasound my son measured just over 8lbs! I'm not sure I want him to get much bigger until after he comes out! Lol but I've been getting the jitters lately to about giving birth again. The first time went so smoothly I'm afraid I won't be so lucky. But we can do it!
