spotting during 14 weeks

I've got some spotting I'll be 15 weeks on Thursday.. I spotted on Saturday it was red with a tiny tiny clot of blood one time with nothing else then today I've had slight pink and brown .. no pain or cramping but I was on my feet a lot everyday since Wednesday with hardly any time to sit and I've been lifting my 30lb toddler don't know if that's part of it. Anyone else experience this at almost 15 weeks?

Thanks I did go to my OB they said I had a threatened miscarriage.. but that the baby looked great and the heartbeat was strong. I hate the term cause it means any bleeding in pregnancy before 20 weeks I had the same with my first pregnancy but they never used that term.

I would contact your OB. i bled red, pink, and brown in the beginning. it turned out to be old blood. but it could be serious. especially if you start to feel cramping. better to be safe than sorry. good luck,!
