pregnancy congestion

Man in been super congested for the last couple weeks but this week is the worst my voice will even go. The mucus is so nasty all yellow to a gross green and brushing my teeth involves throwing up  ever morning till its all bile. I wake up at 4 am to get SO stuff ready for work and at that time my sinuses are si stuffed up It feels like I'm suffocating from all the phlegm. I just used color septic spray  cause Dr advised no to sudafed. I had this with my other pregnancies at land it went away once baby was out. It just gross!!

I've been the same way and right now I'm just getting over a nasty cold, and I've never been so sick with a cold as I was this last week. I've been congested for. the past couple months and then when I got sick I couldn't breath. I was constantly choking, my nose was raw from blowing it so much and I couldn't sleep at night because of it. I usually refuse to take anything when I'm pregnant but I couldn't handle it this time so I asked my Dr and my pharmacist and they said basically all I could do was use a saline nasal spray.

And I thought mine was bad... I sometimes feel like I have phlegm caught in my throat, and every night my nose stuffs up so bad that I end up breathing through my mouth all night and dry my mouth and lips out... I have to blow my nose every morning and go through about 3 full Kleenexs before I can breathe again

I'm the same way with the congestion it is driving me crazy! I feel like I can't breathe when I wake up in the morning and always have tissues and hand sanitizer with me all day.
