progress??

So my due date is April 28th and when I want in today I'm 2 centimeters dilated and 50% effaced. The doctor said he's also in the lowest position he could be. "Anymore south and he'd be on the floor".

When's your due date and how's your progress coming??

I'm due April 12th. Just 1cm dilated, 80% effaced and baby boy is very low. It's so uncomfortable to walk, I feel like he is right between my hips lol

I'm due April 30th.. I haven't been checked for dilation yet but I lost my plug yesterday and feel him low..

I'm due this coming Tuesday the 14th and as of the 6th I was not dilated at all and my baby girl had not dropped. I'm hoping Monday when I go I have some more progress. I'm getting impatient lol

How can you tell if you lost your plug? I never did with my first. The first time I got checked this time afterwards I had alot of thick pinkish brown discharge for like 2 days. Could that have been it?

Redheadxo don't even worry. With my daughter I was the exact same way. No progress at all. And the day before my due date I went in with really bad contractions and I was 5cm! Lol.

Im due on the 29th with my first. Don't know if I'm dilated yet. Not had a show or a lightening or any of the typical signs but it's starting to feel like the baby is so big inside me that it's going to burst out of my belly. I get some cramps but they are not regular and they are few and far between. It hurts quite a bit down below when I stand up from sitting position. I'm new to all this. Has anything I said given me clues that I'm getting closer to labour? Really hope so xx

@ohhaiitskrystal the thick discharge sounds like your mucus plug.
I'm 39 weeks today, due on the 18th but I'll be induced on Monday if he doesn't come this weekend. My baby boy is measuring 10 lbs. He hasn't dropped much at all, I'm 4 cm dilated having lots of contractions and last I heard I was around 80% effaced. Also I guess a layer of my amniotic sac broke, I gushed a little and that was it. My midwife confirmed I'm not crazy and that it has layers. So far I'm having all the signs ooh labor but its not consistent and it's not enough... I'm so ready to meet my little man!

I'm dew on the 29th i was 3cm but now closed again :/ my baby is breach tho so not surprising. Iv been having pre-labour contractions for 96 hours straight now coming every 5 min lasting a min. Keeping me awake all
Night. I see a specialist in two days about having a vaginal breach birth and if its not possible I'm booked in for a c-sec in 8 days.
