I did simple stretching and it helps eventho the sore will come back again. But then again, Its normal since baby's head is down. Just lookout for any spotting if not everything's fine.
It's annoying.
It does feel better when I shower but right now at this point I won't dare to take a bath. I'll probably hurt myself and with 2 kids I only get time for 5 min showers. The worst besides from getting up is walking up the stairs. I have to stop after and just stand for a bit before grabbing whatever I need to upstairs.
Yes, this is like my worst pregnancy symptom! Sleeping with a pillow between my knees has helped. Stretching helps and a hot shower or warm bath. I find walking to help me best. It hurts like heck at first but within minutes I feel 10x better!
Stretching does actually help. I hate it because it's the only problem in this pregnancy. Other than that it's going great.
I take baths with Epson salt.
I can't stand it. It feels like some kicked you really hard. It's hard to walk sometimes. Urgh. I don't know what to do to help the pain yet. It just started.
