is it safe to take vitamin e vitamins?
Iv been taking hair skin and nails vitamins through out my 2nd and this one pregnancy. My Dr okayed it. He did say you can take them but I doubt they work because vitamins can't help nails. Those have high levels of vitamin e. Also I do oil cleasing on my face and that too has vitamin e. You can check online and ask your dr. But Iv had no problems at.
