My babys pediatrician will perform the circumcision so you might need to ask him instead.  I have an appointment to meet him in a couple weeks. I have to register at my hospital through my insurance a few weeks before my due date.

30 weeks is the perfect time to start asking those questions, sometimes your doctor will have already planned on going over some of your questions at specific appointments and they usually do that during the last trimester. Go take a hospital tour so you can ask questions there as well.

Just talk with your doctor at your next appointment and she'll tell you all you need to know. Good luck and welcome to motherhood!

When I had my son, the hospital I had him at didn't do circumcision because they was a advocate hospital so he got circumcised a month after birth at the clinic, but If the hospital you have him at do it then it'll  happen before you leave the hospital.
