Carpel Tunnel
Dr says I have carpel tunnel. My hands and forearms go numb whole sleeping. Anyone else have this?
When my hands get freezing cold, they hurt to no end. Usually it happens when I'm trying to sleep at night. I wear gloves and it helps it a little.
Yeah, it was only a few days though for me. I find wrist braces at night really help if I have a bout with it. I also adjusted my sleeping position too for nights I didn't want the brace on
