I've experienced the same and it hurt so badly, yesterday I purchased a maternity support belt at Babies R Us because no other store seems to have it. Honestly it is the best support  as we start experiencing Pelvic Girdle Pain! It's just the baby putting pressure as he starts to position himself for birth!

It is normal to have pelvic pain but you might want to look up and read about Pelvic Girdle Pain and speak to your doctor if you suspect you have it. It's nothing scary and actually quite normal. I started to develop it with my current pregnancy but never had it with my first.

Yeah, its fairly normal. It hurts to get up or if I have to sprint (more like after I sprinted). Walking around is usually ok.

The baby is just putting pressure down there and or your pubic bone is separating and preparing for birth
