This happened to me too right after my morning sickness started subsiding...I was so happy to be hungry and have an appetite that I ate like crazy! Although, it only lasted for about a week and then I started eating normally again. I bet your body is just trying to recover from so many weeks without substantial calories!
Girl me too! I can't stop eating! I've tried to turn some of it into just a glass of tea, or a fruit smoothie to help and it seems to have worked for me.
I think pb&j is a good snack, your body is craving protein. Maybe trade a sandwich or two in a day for a handful of nuts instead. Raw veggies with dipping sauce(hummus maybe? Or cream cheese) is very filling. I feel your pain! Lol I feel like I'm eating all the time now that the nausea has dissipated!
