I focus on meat, veg less rice(small bowl brown rice). Eg. Breakfast macdonald sausage wrap, 1 hashbrown n 1 pkt low fat milk, snack 1 cup skim milk with 3 ps wholemeal biscuits, lunch alio alio pasta with zero coke,snack 1 cup skim milk, dinner slice fish soup noodle.
