5 weeks today?

So, according to this app if I'm pregnant I'd be 5 weeks. I recently got off of birth control in July, so I don't really know when to expect my period. About two weeks or so I took two pregnancy test a few days apart both were negative. Now, I'm spotting,and I've never had that before.I've also been having bad cramps, nausea, and some other things. Then while I was cooking I got this weird sensation almost indescribable in the lower right side of my stomach. It was kinda tingly, sharp, swimy kinda feeling. I don't know how to describe it, but I've never felt that before. I'm rambling now, but has anyone felt this.
