Why is my menstrual blood all brown!?

I had sex, proceeded to take a plan B, which I didn't end up taking it until the third and final day. It gives you a window of 72 hours, I ended up having sex again the day I took it. Both times we used the "pull out method" obviously I know this is hardest effective in a 28 year old woman with a three year old child already.

I took a pregnancy test about less then a Week before I got my period. My period did come round he normal time, - few days early, actually about a week earlier then usual. I'm on my 3rd day today dec 24th.

So my question is my period usually have the brown tented blood when I'm first getting my period or at the very end. This period has been most if not all brown and a bit of a weird texture along with a small amount of normal red blood. I'm also on day three and it's already much lighter of a period then normal, day three is usually my heaviest when I have to either go threw a million tampons or five pads all day.

So I've also taken this pill one other time in the past and everything was 100% normal.

I just would like some opinions. Would this just be from taking that pill maybe or could i pregnant.

Or what else would an almost all dark brown period color mean? Also even though today is getting lighter for my third day, the last two days it was still heavy just not as heavy as usual but also still all brown...

If this doesn't make since or I have repeated myself multiple times I'm sorry I'm half asleep in bed but I can't stop thinking about it!

Thank you for your help!
