I never threw up but was naseous 24/7. Dr told me to take b6. It was still there but helped take the edge off :( feel better
Ginger tea really helps...and ******* pops and try to stay away from strong odors
You can take b6 & otc unisom (active ingredient doxylamine). Eat smaller more frequent meals, try to eat more bland foods at room temp. Sour candies and lemonade help fight nausea sometimes. I had HG with my first. Feel free to message me anytime. I'll help however I can :)
