14 week u/s

So the dr. did just a quick u/s today and so far everything looks great!  What happened last time didn't happen again!  So now we are just in the same risk category as anyone else.  My due date actually got moved to July 29th.  Our next appt isn't until March 16th for the "big scan" and it seems like forever away.  DH wanted to make it later on in the 18-22 week widow so we had a really accurate measurement reading...but that means so much longer to find out the sex.  All I really care is that it is looking good this time!

bean- hey there!  Things have been crazy for me as well the past couple of weeks since we have been in AZ...I am finally planning on a good night sleep before we have to hit the road back to Idaho.

I am so no longer nauseas, and just plain hungry all the time.  I had a def popping thing going on and now there is no turning back LOL!  My stepmom went out and got me a a bunch of maternity jeans to try on...and I need them!

I can't believe you are debating on not finding out!  It is killing me not knowing!  Let me know what you decide to do.

And I just can't wait to feel the baby move...that is my next big thing I am waiting for!

Hey, long time no chat.  I've been extremely busy at work.  It sounds like everyone is still progressing.  Glad to see that everything is going well with this pregnancy.  I am now 15 weeks pregnant, still nauscious but getting better.  Amazingly I look like I am further along.  I can't believe how Bean just "popped" out.  I'm starting to feel stretchy and most of my pants and shirts don't fit.

I read some of your other threads.  I am glad that your worrying is decreasing with each day that your pregnancy progresses.  It is difficult because we don't get to feel the baby move and we don't go to our doctors all that frequently but once it picks up it moves very quickly.

It really does sound like we are going to be having these babies fairly close so I think it will be neat.  My due date is 4 Aug 09 and it still has not changed so I think my little Bean has remained on tract.  I am sure yours will do.  Good luck with your comprehensive ultrasound.  I am still debating if I want to know what it is or not.

Lio7- Congrats on yours u/s!  Funny about the nickname :)
The u/s can be off my 10 days either dircetion.  My u/s are just starting to get where the baby seems to be the same size.  It seems like we are due at almost exactley the same time!  How fun that our next one is the same day.  We will have to keep in touch :)

Woohoo!! So excited for you....I was getting worried when I checked early last night and we hadn't heard from you.

So - are you feeling better yet? I had my ultrasound yesterday as well and I feel SO much more positive now. :)

hey- no, it wasn't the NT.  We decided not to do that and just do this u/s to see if what happened last time happened again.  I talked to my dr. again about the NT (actually a diff one this time) he doesn't feel that they give accurate results and doesn't recommed them to his patients.  I had decided I wasn't going to do it anyway this time, but am SO happy I went ahead and did the u/s at 14 weeks...the baby looks SO much better than last time at this time....so now I am officially further along then I made it last time ;-)

Good luck with your NT test.  I know how hard that must be to decide on an amnio.  It would be nice to know for sure what is going on, but I am going to try to avoid the amnio at all costs.  We are supposed to protect our babies, and with the chance of something going wrong, it is a hard decesion I plan to leave if we have no choice.  Best of luck, but so far we are both doing well...yay!

I am glad everything is looking good. So did you do the n/t? I did part one was done on 2/2 and I have to go back on Mar. 20 for the second part. I decided to do that instead of the amnio. Hope you are doing well and I wish you all the best.
