21.5weeks...cloudy urine

and no symptoms of UTI. Of course since we just relocated Im waiting for my PCP ref to process and I am behind on appts.... but I remember the same thing happening with my son at the onset of toximia when there was protein in my urine. Am I just being paranoid?

I average 65oz of water a day, not counting juice etc. I know what you mean about HBP and diabetes...I had that with my 20yo as well (its a wonder I went on to have more!!) my first glucose test was fine, but that was at 14weeks, and my BP has been rising steadily each appt :(. My last appt it was 141/81, when I usually average 120/70, but once again I have a new provider and even though I pointed out the rise, she didnt seem concerned.

I don't think you're being paranoid.  I'm completely paranoid about it.  Same thing happend to me last pregnancy.   My other big worry is getting high hypertension and gestational diabetes.   I'm 18 w and my perinatalogist was so concerned about it that they ordered a 24 hour urine collection to check the urine for protein.   Maybe mention that to your OB that you'd like that done.

I don't think your being paranoid. Be sure to drink LOTS of fluids and keep an eye on it. When I had a uti a couple of months ago the only symptom I had for about a week was cloudy urine. If you can't find a drs office maybe you could stop into an urgent care center. Good luck.
