8 weeks 1 day and having belly cramping

Hi everyone,

I'm 8 weeks 1 day and having stomach cramping. It's not in the same spot so I'm hopeful that it's either gas or constipation. I haven't been having regular bowel movements so I'm hoping that's it.
I saw my OB today and he checked and pressed on my belly and was confident the baby was fine because my lower abdomen by my pelvic bone didn't hurt and I'm not spotting. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I do frequently and I know its gas and constipation. I'm lucky if I can go to the bathroom once every 4 or 5 days. And gas pains can be brutal and all over aswell.
