Constant cramping

I am 35 weeks and have been having constant menstrual like cramps for the past 4 days. I went to the hospital yesterday and I wasn't having regular contractions. I am 1 cm. dilated. I've tried drinking water, eating, changing positions but nothing helps.

I have felt the same way for the last week and I am 35 weeks tomorrow... my doctor wasn't concerned because I haven't lost my plug yet and they aren't bothering so much where I can't talk or walk.... it still ***** though and I wish they would go away

I mentioned that to my Dr it's been off and on for weeks for me. He said it's just from all the pressure and what not.  Keep your water intake high specially if you're in a hotter place.
