Smoking and pregnant
I had my dr app yesterday to found out im 6wks pregnant... i been smokin for about 2yrs now but now that im pregnant im tryin to stop... any suggestions on how to quit?
Ex smoker- smoked over15yrs as soon as i found out at 6week i quit cold turkey. its hard but i cant imagine hurting my baby bse of my bad habit. just stop and be strong
Thnxs id appreciate it... this will be my first baby so im scared becuz I dnt want to harm unborn
Not yet, I've been smoking 17 years and going to a stop smoking clinic on 30th, so if I get any useful tips I'll let u know!
