Amy, I completely agree. I work on a women's & children's health unit and spotting is common. If you start getting cramps, doubling over cramps, then start to worry, and heavy or bright red bleeding...go to the er or call your doc...best of luck!!
Spotting in early pregnancy is very common. The only time there's reason to cause concern is if its really heavy (like a period or more) if there's clots or if you're having severe cramping. You can always go to your Dr or the ER for reassurance though. Best wishes
spotting in pregnancy is not normal & it indicates that you have to undergo certain tests to be sure that all is fine & in addition you should avoid exertion & sex. It could be a sign of miscarriage, but at this stage of pregnancy only tests can tell the truth. Best wishes.
