Hi newmami,
I've always had backaches but it seems to be getting worse. I use ice & do some light stretching. Tylenol doesn't seem to help, in the past I took ibuprofen but my obgyn said its a no no. I remember bengay being effective, not sure what category that would be in. Ill check! Feel better soon!
