Lets get talking :)

Hey everyone! It's very quiet in our August forum don't you think? I'm just wondering how all you August mommies are doing?? I'm 19+4 with my little munchkin and feeling great, due around the 8th of August. We aren't finding out the sex. Bubs room is jungle themed because I love elephants and its perfect for both genders, full of yellows and greens! I'm 18 I'm from Australia and I'm hoping ill be 19 before bub decides to come (my birthday is July 28 so you never know!) I'm laying in bed as its early morning and my Fiancé has just gone to work, and  I'm watching bub kick up a storm inside my tummy! Gonna be a feisty little thing by the looks of it! Your turn ladies let's get to know each other, share this amazing journey together.

I've had the name Stella Sophia picked out for a girl for a long time. If it's a boy we are thinking about Zander, but we are having trouble with a middle name.

Gorgeous names!! I'm just so unsure about naming bub I keep thinking I will fall in love with a name (for each sex) but I know the best thing to do will be to see bub and then ill know what to call him/her. How's everyone been feeling?

We're naming him Justin, still haven't decided on a middle name, either William or Shawn. We had picked Haylee Christine for a girls name before we knew what we were having.

Haha great to meet you ladies.. So what names are everyone liking for their babies? I have no idea :/ my partner loves Carmen for a girl but he is refusing to help choose a boys name because he is convinced bub is a girl, though we aren't finding out.

I'm 33, due August 5 with baby #4 and live in NJ.  I have 2 boys and a girl and am having another girl so it's an even split!  The kids and my hubby have been able to feel baby move since 17 weeks which is fun.  She is pretty active.  No name yet though which is a bunker and if my mother in law suggests one more name I am going to scream!

Hi all, I am UK based, 26 and 20+2. I have my scan on Thursday. Really excited. Pregnancy has eased alot over the last few weeks, but still occasionally am sick. I don't work, I lost my job and then found out I was pregnant. I'd just moved and the first trimester was tough and now no one would employ me lol. Baby's room is half done. My fiance's brother has painted the walls green with a mural wall of hills, sky, clouds and a sun. Mum is going to paint farm animals on the mural. We rent where we are so can't hammer down any walls :-(.  I live with mental health issues, so I am on various meds, one of which helps me sleep so I havent felt much movement but I do think I have had the odd kick :-).

Hello. I am due August 31 and I am also a first time mom as well and I am also in the proce of renovating my house. My husband and I have been working on our house for a little over a year. My husband like all men wants a boy however I would like a girl. I will be happy either way as long as my baby is healthy.

Congratulations ladies what a beautiful experience we are sharing :) and I'm glad to see so many working mommies.. I always get told "I'm guessing you'll be leaving work soon" or "stop doing so much" but honestly, we know our bodies and limits and pregnancy is not an illness haha, nothing wrong with being pregnant and working :)

I'm 28 years old pregnant with my first little Princess Bailee Rose. I just made 20 Weeks today and she is kicking like crazy as we speak. I'm due August 4th and I can't wait to kiss her.

Originally I'm from California but relocated to North Carolina to finish up school about three years ago where I met the love of my life. We both work full time, but I'm in the same boat in terms of trying to figure out maternity leave and the bills bring paid. I plan on taking the full 12 Weeks after the baby is born but we shall see. we're in the process of saving so when we go in leave we'll be ok. The good thing we already purchased most of the pricey stuff for the baby

I'm 23 and 20+1 with baby #3, we have a son who turns 8 next week and a 6 year old daughter. We found out on the 6th that baby is a boy, hubby couldn't be happier lol.
I live in Michigan, USA and work at an OB/GYN office as a nurse, my husband is a heavy equipment operator at a sand and gravel company, but is getting ready to start his apprenticeship as a taxidermist. We've been together since junior high and have always planned on having a large family (didn't intend to start so early though lol)
We're in the process of a huge renovation that will add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to our house, so that's been a bit hectic, but hopefully it will be done by the time baby gets here.
Baby is a big mover, especially at night!
Glad to know all the ladies here :)

I'm 25 years old, 17+3 with my second. I have a 5 year old girl (I was 19 when I had her). I have an appointment on the 26th to possibly find out the gender. My husband wants a boy, but I'm not picky. I have a great name picked out for a girl, but we are having trouble finding a middle name for a boy. But these things work themselves out.

I live in Arizona, USA. I teach high school science. My due date is August 22nd, right at the beginning of the school year, so I am currently trying to figure out how to get bills paid while I take my maternity leave. We are renovating our house to get ready for baby- new floors and interior paint. Haven't decided on colors for rooms yet. We are saving that for last in case we don't have enough money to paint the bedrooms. But at least my kid won't have to crawl around in this old, nasty carpet!

My pregnancy has been going fine. I feel the baby every now and again. I'm usually too busy to notice, though, so my belly has been uncharted territory, so to speak. I had no idea it was already so big! I closed the washer door this morning and caught my belly in it! I'm on spring break right now so I'm hoping to use this time to catch up on what is happening.
