Iv had a dull pain from my uterus stretching do you think that's what you can be experiencing? Also is this your first pregnancy? If so the stretching is all new to your body and can cause alot of discomfort and pains. As for brown blood its old blood so could be from your last period, implantation bleeding, or your uterus stretching.... hopefully this helps if your still worried call your dr and see what he says or just go to the er.
