pressure headaches

I'm 14 weeks and have had a pressure headache in my sinuses and temples since yesterday morning they have made me quite nauseous.  Anyone else have this problem? I woke up this morning hoping it would be gone but I was hurting and nauseous all night.

I'm 13+5 and I developed quite the headache today. No drainage, but putting pressure on my cheek bones helps ease the pain. Hopefully it will be gone tomorrow. But you are not alone.

I've been having this an now every time I blow my nose its bloody but all the drainage is making me gag an throw up :(
