very out of breath, 19 weeks
Is anyone else always short of breath? I'm not showing very much yet so it isn't due to size.
It's normal, your heart is working overtime pumping a lot more blood, and your lungs have more blood to oxygenate, making it easy to become short of breath. Feeling like you've just run a marathon when all you did was make a trip to the bathroom is par for the course. Just try to take it easy :)
