Csections ?!

For those of you that has had multiple csections , how many have you had and how many can you have ?? This is my 3rd pregnancy but only baby #2 ( cause my first pregnancy , there was a sac but no baby) . And this will be my 2nd csection . I'm 31w&'1day right now . Also has anyone ever had a problem to where no matter how bad you cramp or how had your Braxton hicks are or how bad you have have contractions or false contractions , your cervix doesn't dilate or open up like it should cause it's always hard to find when the doc checks you ? Or is it just me ?? With my 2nd pregnancy , I had to be induced at 40w&'4ds cause I wasn't dilating past .5 cams and then ended up with a csection at 40w&'6ds cause no matter how bad my contractions got , I wouldn't dilate past 3.5 cams and my son wouldn't drop either .

My sister had 4, they told her they wouldn't recommend her having any more children because of the potential complications. I think it depends on your scarring and how you healed up.

I am on baby number 3 and this will be my 3rd c-section. I am exactly the same with no dilation or cervical thinning. I do just wish I could have a natural birth!

I'm on my 3rd c section and they have yet to say I can't have more kids if I wanted to. They asked if I'm done but that's it. So I think it depends on the doctor and how bad the scarring is. My friend was told no more after her 3rd since the scar tissue was too bad. As for contractions, I've been having Braxton hicks for two months already and I'm only 30 weeks now. I haven't even been checked to see of I'm dilating. But with my first, they induced me at 41 weeks and I only dilated maybe 3 or 4 cm in 17hours. I was told some women's bodies just can't expand and it's normal.
