abdominal pain

Is it normal to have lower abdominal pain without bleeding during first trimester and why is it painful

I have them too and especially at night but warm baths and tylenol help a lot. Its just your uterus stretching for the baby :)

I'm having the same pains every now and then. People tell me they are normal...I hope so.

You will experience some stretching or cramping pains throughout pregnancy. My wife has woke in the middle of the night with sharper pains. She is usually bothered by it more when trying to get comfortable at night. If it becomes constant, severe, or it is accompanied with bleeding that is not controlled with a pantiliner seek immediate medical attention.
