I have the same problem especially after I've been laying down trying to sleep. I mentioned it to my doctor and she said it is round ligament pain, which a few fellow mothers I know also described it as round ligament pain as well. I would just take tylenol and see if that helps. If not then talk to your doctor about it

Its called pelvic girdle pain & can be very painful. Im 32 weeks & now in a wheelchair it got so bad. Tell ur midwife ASAP so u can b referred 4 physio & fitted 4 a pelvis brace if needed 2 reduce it getting ny worse. In the mean time try not 2 over separate ur legs, dont cross them & rest wen u can. If u r struggling wif stairs try going up backwards & if getting in out of the car is sore sit on sumthing like a carrier bag to rotate in easily but slide it out from under u b4 driving as it can b dangerous. Iv also tied some rope 2 the bottom of my bed so i can use it 2 pull myself up which has made the struggle of waking up needing 2 pee & trying 2 get up in time easier. Hot baths, heat packs & sitting on yoga ball hv also helped. Good luck 2 ny1 suffering this constant pain xxx

Omg!!! Yeeesssss!! I am 34 weeks myself, and the soreness is sometimes unbearable. But what keeps me motivated is knowing my little man is healthy and he will come in due time. My hips, pelvic/pubic area, and feet hurt! Lol. But oh so worth it! Best wishes!! :-)

It's normal. Your pelvis is expanding to make way for baby and since our bodies aren't used to the expansion its natural for it to hurt. There's no real way to get rid of the discomfort except to stretch, drink lots of water and try not to over exert your muscles down there.
