help!!!

I am 8 weeks I have been trying to stop smoking and I do really good for awhile but I can't seem to get it right.. I want to be done before my second trimester. Any advice and am I allowed to stop cold turkey?

Im also 8 weeks and also quit cold turkey when I found out I was pregnant, I know this sounds crazy but I ate candy or chewed gum constantly for about a week and I haven't had a cigarette since I quit the day I found out. Just got to put your mind to it for your baby.

It was hard for me to quit, but my sister told me think about the baby. Would baby want that ciggeratte?  & I seriously have not evem wanted to go near one! Will power! (: you can do it!

Just think about harming your baby for the rest of their life just because of a cigarette and the urge u couldnt put down for 9 months you can do it I know your a strong women....do it for your baby love

I quit cold turkey 7months ago its hard but the best thing you can do for you and your unborn child is to.quit

Yes unfortunately cold turkey is the only option. I packed them in once I found out. It's really hard but it's not about you anymore, it's about a little baby that's growing inside you . by the 10 wk the lungs are starting to form. Best of luck with it

youre 1st semester is actually the most important anywho if you really do want your baby you really need to stop thinking about yourswlf and rhink about your baby , Try to focuse on him or her get therapy or something
