I use a "Well Patch" they sell them at Walmart and they are amazing. They are also drug free so they are safe heat patches.

My back hurts but it hurts on my right side only.   I guess it's my sciatica but it hurts when I bend and stuff.  I'm 21 weeks and 4 days.

I have a bad back anyway and can't move sometimes. I'm 22 weeks and I'm in pain daily with it. I hope I don't end up being like my sister, on crutches.

I have lower back pain and constant hip pain. I do work a job where I'm on my feet all day but by the time I get home, I don't want to do anything else because of the pain. I'm only 20 weeks
