Not every woman's breasts may leak...but it could be because there is hardened buildup on your breasts. Also, take a warm rag and go again the nipple to release that, since they were growing and getting thicker for breastfeeding sometimes it can become filled with skin and crust...gross I know...you can pick at your nipple to also release but the rag is way better. This also helps get them soft for breastfeeding. And if you keep this up, then when you do give birth and are ready to breast feed this can help with let down. Give them a squeeze...it's there just needs worked out... :) this also helps with uterine contractions. So you might feel those while doing this because of the oxytocin that is released.

I just noticed white milk coming out of one breast. Not a lot just a drop. The other breast still has colostrum

yes, this is normal-its called colostrum.

As a tid bit of advice, I would take a warm rag to your nipples and rub them down-this helps break them down from being hard and painful and helps the colostrum produce as well as helps the baby feed easier.

It's colostrum and its normal :) I've been leaking since around 20 weeks or so. It's just your breasts way of practicing to produce milk.
