Was anyones second pregnancy super different from the first?

My first pregnancy was my boy, I was six years younger and the pregnancy was a breeze. Im six weeks tomorrow and I keep getting these sharp shooting pains on my right side and am having trouble sleeping. Im not nauseated or having weird cravings, but my boobs hurt like hell and so does my lower back.  Anyone else have a super easy first pregnancy thn a difficult second? Is it a gender difference maybe or am I just getting old?

Im 6 weeks pregnant with my second child after 11 years .. This pregnancy feel very different by the way I don't feel pregnant at all with this baby no morning sickness no aches or pains just frequent bathroom trips and soreness of the breast

Yep completely different then 4 years ago.  But mine's opposite.  First pregnancy was horrible.  Other then some cramping and sore boobs, I can't tell I'm pregnant.

Mine is completely diff than my first one 12 yrs ago! First time I only was sick ALL the time. Now I'm not sick at all but my boobs hurt worse than I ever could have imagined, back pain, dizzy, exhausted all the time, and have a weird itchy rash on my stomach. Oy.... I'm only 8 weeks along....

Yes! My first pregnancy was a breeze. The only major symptom I had was heart burn and with this one I've had pains in my back and my breasts are crazy sore. I've also been nauseated a lot and exhausted. It's crazy difference between the 2.
