I have had the same since 3 weeks pregnant and now I'm 8 weeks. It totally ***** having Christmas and not eating everything. I was losing weight and the doc said try to get your calorie count up with whatever I could stomach.  I found that plain carbs was edible and made me feel better. Toast, wheetbix. Oh and yoghurt feels good in my tummy even though I have to force it down. Good luck!

It's totally normal to have food aversions and lose weight. Just try to eat whatever you find appealing. Hopefully your appetite will return after the first trimester. Good luck!
