I am 35 weeks 3 days today and i had been dealing with the same sort of problems for over 11 weeks. It is most likely because your hips are out of alignment. That is due to your ligaments being all loose, there are some easy exercises that you can do to get your hips back in place and the relief is immediate. The physical therapist I saw gave me a "self adjustment" technique as well as several other exercises to help me get prepared for delivery; as well as to have my muscles assist my ligaments while they can't properly do their job.

I am experiencing the same. It hurts so bad mostly on the lower right side of that area. My dr says it's ligaments and "growing pains" and didn't offer many suggestions on how to get much relief :(

I suffer really bad from this to the point it makes me cry and i cant walk, was told just to have a warm bath and paracetemol non of which helped so was prescribed codiene. That helped along with a day or 2 rest and a pregnancy support band. Hard as it maybe, try limit your activity aswell as just walking will kick it off again. Rest up not long now.(what i keep telling myself anyway) lol hope u feel better soon as i say i know exactly how u feel.

35w2d with my 2nd :)
