Dr says I'm six weeks hormones are saying different

My doctor felt my uterus and told me that I was only 6 weeks (thought i was  10). They had me do a blood tests to make sure everything was ok after we couldn't find a heart beat. My tests came back saying my Hcg was 100500. Which is way too high. Was my doctor wrong? And I right? I do have a retroverted uterus so it's possible she didn't feel it correctly. Anyone have a similar happen to them?

Your hcg levels will give you an estimate but ultrasound will give you a more exact date.

Dr told me i was 10 weeks by pressing on my stomach. Two weeks later I had ultrasound which dr said is more accurate. Ultrasound showed I was 10 weeks on that day as well. Lol.

Idk where it is. It's my first pregnancy. My uterus is tilted really far back so I assumed she just miscalculated. She did the internal and external check so Idk.
