Headaches

Hey ladies! Does anyone else suffer from headaches? They just started over the last couple weeks, I'm 13 weeks.  I would rather not take pain meds, does anyone know of something else that relieves them? I'm looking into essential oils, but what tricks do you ladies use?

I suffer from them and drink a ton of water. I can not keep my hair up during pregnancy. I have to leave it down or it makes them worse. Ill take a Tylenol and run a warm bath to soak head emerged. I have even used warm neck wraps on my shoulders. It seems to take the edge off some. My headaches are more tension but the dr warned me to watch my blood pressure. If my blood pressure is high that could be linked and to go to call her.

Peppermint oil. Massage a bit on your temples. Also, rub a drop on your palms, cup it around your nose and breathe a few times... this is all assuming peppermint oil doesnt make you nauseous. It worked for me before my pregnancy as well.

Water water water. Most pregnancy related problems are due to lack of hydration. Headachs water retention swelling constipation nausea heartburn indigestion tiredness Kat are caused by not drinking enought even craving sweet things or just being starving only time can be a sign of dehydration that you need to drink more water
