Maternity Clothing

When is it acceptable to start wearing maternity clothing? I'm around 13 weeks and have a tiny tummy pooch which makes it really uncomfortable to wear any of my old clothes. Plus, the button on my jeans is the most annoying thing in the world anymore. But is it too soon to start wearing maternity jeans/clothing?

If you don't want to go get maternity clothes just yet and it's your button bothering use a hair tie, loop it through the button hole then hook it on your button ;)

Thanks all! I will start shopping for new clothes soon. :) I like the full panel jeans suggestion. I'll have to check those out!

Yoga pants are my best friend right now. My regular pants still technically fit fine, but you're right...it's the stupid button that gets me.

Maternity pants are AMAZING.... I may never switch back to normal pants.  Get the full panel jeans.... It's like wearing leggings they are so comfy.  I started wearing maternity PANTS at around 9.5 weeks... I officially started showing around 12 weeks and that's when I had to buy maternity shirts ( my shirts were just too short).

My first time around I felt that way too,  but I have no idea why!?!  U put those comfy clothes as soon as u need to girl!  I waited until about 16 wks I think and I started crying when I put the pants on and my husband thought I was crazy!  I was probably just emotional from being pregnant but it was such a huge relief to know i'd have something comfortable to finally wear to work!
