I've been off work since end of June, I had to take my annual leave, so my maternity doesn't Start until 10th August and I'm due 18th August here in the UK we get 6 weeks at 90% and then 33 weeks at £140 a week and then additional 13 weeks I think unpaid so I won't be returning until May 2016 :)
Worked my last shift today and I will be submitting my application for maternity leave probably next week. In Canada, we get 15 weeks of maternity leave and 35 weeks of parental leave as long as the required insurable hours are met. In my case, I might be off until May 2016. Can't wait to meet my baby and spend time with him.

I don't get anything paid & I don't take my leave until I'm 38+2 :( I'm passed ready I do 12 hour shifts over night, on my feet, pulling and tugging at ppl. I'm pasted miserable. 37 weeks today.
I am on leave as we speak, today 37 weeks! 16 weeks paid leave. To celebrate the full term, I am enjoying my decaffe coffee out in sun. Who knows when I will have me time:)
My jobs gives you paid maternity leave, but you work until the end unless you have to go on bed rest. We get 12 paid weeks. I am almost 38 weeks and so tired of working. The 29th could not come fast enough.
