If you sleep on your stomach that can give you a bad belly ache. The correct way to sleep pregnant or not is on your side with a pillow between your legs. I got bad belly aches before i got pregnant if i slept on my stomach, and still do even with being pregnant. My chiropractor says its from sleeping on my stomach. I havent gone to him since april though, man i miss getting my back lined up lol
