Stairs and Pregnancy

Hi Ladies! So at my job I have to go up and down 3 flights of stairs fairly often. There is no elevator. I'm not overly concerned right now (I'm 16 weeks) although I already get winded easily but I'm very concerned about the dangers as I get bigger. I know pregnancy affects balance (and I've never been great to start with). Plus these stairs are all concrete. Do you think I'm being overly worried? Or its this something I might have to discuss with my job eventually? Just looking for opinions/suggestions!

Id want to dicuss the matter with my boss. I have stairs in my home. Going up isn't as bad as coming down. As i continue to get bigger I will be spending more time down stairs!
