Yes. Hookah is actually worse for you and the baby than cigarettes because it is so concentrated and strong. I would avoid it if I were you, and let your baby grow in a healthy environment.
I would personally avoid it for as long as possible. Any unknown chemical risk is too big a risk during this trimester in particular. I would suggest researching a healthier replacement habit.
I believe it has its risk as for its tobacco and a form of chemical. Everything has a risk but can't say for sure it will harm the baby. It is just highly not recommended. Do your best to play it safe. That's like me and coffee right now.
